Try EasternLink (aka smile.com.bd) they got it so far I think (if you can arrange a special meeting with them) then hopefully the downtime could be fixed.

Else you may try Dekko Airnet ( I do not prefer ) and the setup is too huge in this case.

I am also looking for some WiFi provider in Mirpur, let me know if you know.
